Tonight I noted that I have entered my 76th official tasting note on a Texier wine into my Filemaker Pro database. This being the 2011 Côtes du Rhône Brézème blanc (Roussanne). Which is delicious I might add.
76 notes must be in my top five of all time for a single winery, up there with Ridge and Barefoot. A tip of the cap to Eric for his efforts and for being as enjoyable as a human as an array of bottled wines.
Alas, the bottle is close to empty and I have yet to start preparing dinner. Why should this night differ from any other?
