Tei An

Anyone visiting Dallas should not miss a serene little gem of a restaurant called Tei An. The cuisine of Japan as interpreted by "teach." We ate lightly but were completely satisfied and the flavors were exceptional.
Along with, we had two wines:
/lib/images/image-4.jpgPure and crisp, perhaps a hint of Jura funk but a light, intense and very pleasing experience.

/lib/images/image-3.jpgSo much greater than the sum of its parts, this bottle is the dream of French country wine.
A lovely evening . . .
Best, Jim
