While Mathieu does make a very brief appearance in the story, your 'Lapierre' link seems to reference mainly a visit to Foillard. But thanks.
 
Interesting section in the Foillard part about Morgon being a great match with green asparagus. I guess (as always) it is partially dependent on the sauce/dressing for the asparagus, but although I can sort of see that working, I must admit it is not something I had thought of before.

I only drink 2009s with asparagus.
