'11 St Damien La Bouveau Cdr

with feta stuffed/Greek spiced lamb/bison burgers with home made raita/totatoes and black olives

2011 Saint Damien La Bouveau Cotes due Rhone, alc 15%...opened last night and the remainder recorked...this is a pleasant chewy still of CdR that shows no oak and has enough garrigue character to catch my interest....great with the burger...
a great backporch burger wine...
