Oliver, I remember sampling it once. The fact that I didn't do it again suggests that it wasn't really my favorite among the appetizers (perhaps especially with a delicate wine); otherwise, I remember what it looked like -- shrimp, etc. on a stick/skewer -- but little else.

The smoked white fish salad and caviar worked well.

No, but they sometimes oversee my duty as scribe as they: (i) remind me frequently; and (ii) laugh when I sometimes only remember to do it after the dish is half eaten.

I’m not a photographer but you might want to diffuse the flash or something. These are looking a little flat. Better than a low light image of poutine or loaded nachos though.
