Are there opinions here on how long this wine might age or last? I've had a couple of bottles, which I've loved. But I have no clue about what would happen to them over time.
 
I've been dinged recently for mentioned certain podcasts too often here, but there's a downloadable interview with Occhipinti, in which she says Frappato from her first vintage (2004?) is still developing nicely in bottle. FWIW, I found the entire interview well-worth the time required to listen to it.

Related, I opened a 2010 Nero d'Avola several weeks ago: not to be underrated. Drink it over two days.
 
Bought 18 and have 4 left - too good to wait.
Though, I just got a case of the 2011 Centonze, Frapatto ($15/bottle) which makes it possible I will take a breather on these.

Last night the 2008 Occhipinti Frappato disappointed, the allure of it young replaced by a kind of thick ankle stodginess. I'll open another soon to check if it wasn't an off bottle, but what we drank did not seem bound for old bonehood.
