CVNE Imperial Question

If, as I understand, the CVNE Imperial bottling was once sourced exclusively from Rioja Alta and no longer is; does anyone know when that change occurred? Thanks in advance.

According to this article, you have it backwards. No dates were offered, however, for when it went to all-Alta.
