Let's be honest here. When I first opened this, it showed acidic as all get-go. Dark fruits, medium bodied, short finish, elegant, but tart as an Uber sour candy. It was okay, but not great.
The 3rd night, magic happened. This filled out, rounding the sharp corners and turning it into a thing of beauty, a finely chiseled piece of marble. I up my rating, from B/B+ to A-. Good stuff indeed and a 'keeper'.
