Jeff, In my case, zero, as I left as soon as it was served. Others did seem to be ready to dig in.

There was a 2004 red Burgundy with the meal. That should have fixed it.

Maureen, as do I, but, in this case, I had already had (more than?) enough to eat. I have to be careful these days. Plus, it was getting late in the evening.

Odd, the Richebourg, while very good, didn't live up to the standards I normally expect of Richebourgs. Other folks didn't have the same reservation.
