2012 Baudry Domaine

With it just opened, I am finding 2012 Baudry Domaine a little more hard and ungiving than I would have thought. Pairing with porcini ravioli and the comedy TV show "Review," which I just discovered today and which is making me snort. This, along with the show "Silicon Valley," is one of the funniest things I've seen in some time.

Wish this wine were a hair more supple.

I was surprised when I tried this again at the LDM tasting at CSW last week. It was only a taste but the wine seemed a lot less giving than a bottle had been a few months ago. I've been watching and enjoying the first series of Doll & Em.
