With thick pork chop with pomegranates along with Swiss chard and roasted new potatoes, I pulled a BV Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon '84. Still dark but not brooding, no color fade, delightful bouquet, solid, full, might have declined very slightly in the glass, should be drunk soon as definitely won't get any better, still a glorious wine.
I still have some of the '68 and '69 and a magnum of the '80. Hope they continue to show as well!
