I encourage all the NY'ers here to register for the Chambers/Racines dinner with Kelley Fox. We visited her in Oregon last year and the wines are captivating but Kelley herself even more so. When I mentioned to others around there that we'd be tasting with her, the reaction was typically along the lines of "woah. Who are YOU that you managed to swing THAT?" Not too many people I'd rather see go on a stream of consciousness about wine over the course of a long meal.

Very cool to hear. I'd never heard of her before, but Alex Miranda (a fellow who brings his complete awesomeness to David Bowler) told me about it, and he and I are going on 4/13.

Nice to hear your enthusiasm, as I've never yet had any of her wines.
