Theological objections are not to be quibbled away in this manner. Unless that honey comb was served on a separate plate and either before or after the cheese, I say it's spinach and I say the hell with it!
 
A lot of sweetness there. The Ente is a first class wine, though, and the Cremant rose an inspired choice of pudding wine.
