I double decanted it about 45 minutes before serving and this "seemed" to be the right strategy.
Deep dark color, a good bit of sediment, nutty aromatics, zesty mouth feel, lots of drama, hints of sweetness that paired well with the desserts, powerful underlying profile that was relaxed/balanced with a graciousness, definitely evocative and appealing (most of the bottle was gone after multiple repours).
