leftover from our time working with PJs, raspberry, cedar, rose hips, eucalyptus. after 12 years, still a lot of in-your-face red fruit composed of dried cherries, cassis, vanilla, some black pepper and untamed, drying tannins. The tannin level and well-hidden 14.5% alcohol form an unpleasant 1-2 combination. Not enjoyable with or without food. (my experience has been that it's no fun to be punched in the face, even when food is served)
