I know... too good, right?

Anyway, does anybody read these things or know what they say? click

I cannot read Italian well enough to plow through it. Looking at the first one, it appears to give a vintage overview, then production numbers for each region plus some kind of discussion.

Is this a respected organization or just a bunch of industry flacks?

Thanks for any guidance.

"Asso" just refers to Association. There is no humor there (at least in Italian).

Not sure exactly where all the data is coming from though they list themselves as the source.

So "Enologo" is generally someone who has studied in a University, while "Enotecnico" is usually someone who has gone to a trade school, but I suspect many who use the former title don't have a college degree.

There are, for sure, industry flacks, but it is all quite innocuous.

Let me know if there is something in particular that you'd like to know and I will (if brief) post it in English.
