I don't drink a lot of Spanish wine. But when in a Spanish restaurant with a great list, the direction is obvious.
Started with the 2014 Do Ferreiro Rias Baixas Albariño which had such fragrant refreshing grip, perfect for so many dishes and helped along by a sturdier ripeness than may be common for the wine. Later the 2015 Ameztoi Getariako Txakolina Rubentis was delightful almost-effervescent pink Muscadet (to put it in terms my brain/palate can understand).
