Tasted in this order:
Jousset 2015 VdF Brut Rose "Exile" - a pet nat rose of gamay; nervy, not mousey; decent snap and a touch of RS, too. I read elsewhere that it spends time on the lees to add complexity. QPR buy.
Jousset 2015 Montlouis sur Loire Brut "l'Appetillant" - chenin, not much flavor today
Jousset 2015 Montlouis sur Loire "Premier Rendez-vous" "Version Longue" - chenin, and much better at providing the wax, honey, and apricot we want; this is one of their vins de garde
Saint Nicolas 2015 Fiefs Vendeen Brem "Les Clous" - chenin, chard, and grolleau gris grown on silex and schist; and for all that info, it's neither fish nor fowl, though others at the table think there might be more to it than I do
