NYC is a very big place and there are many types of wine bars. I will mention some that have not already been mentioned

Four Horseman (Williamsburg) is the best combination of wine and food.

Ruffian (East Village) is also a good combination of wine and food

Terrior Tribeca if you are looking for something other than Natural wine, good riesling selecion

In Williamsburg, Denizen.
There's also an outpost of Terroir on the High Line.
Sitting at the bar at Racines and perusing their excellent wine list is also a pleasure.
