In general, wines are more vivid for me on Saturday and Sundays when I only take chemotherapy but have a break from radiation.

Thought I would share this with other members of the board planning cancer treatment in the future.

I'm hoping to sense the Loren Sorkenesque explosion of fruits when I end both treatments in early February.

When my mom was on chemo, she was more sensitive to alcohol and acidity, but suddenly started liking Riesling and beer. Go figure.
