1996 Baudry Les Grezeaux

Had a bottle a couple of months ago that was just hanging on. Opened another one with lunch yesterday -- in a great place, it was perfect with a porcinified london broil. I think I've got one more. I'll plan on drinking it in the next 2-3 years, but no hurry.

For dinner, I opened a recommendation from one of the local shills: 2016 Pietroduca Fiano di Avellino. Fantastic wine, and a great match with my vietnamese-inspired fresh tomato rice vermicelli (a few rice noodles, thai basil and cilantro, a squeeze of lime juice, some cucumber).
