I subscribed long ago to her kickstarter campaign. When I went to the site it was 10 pounds flat rate shipping. I could be wrong on the latter as regards the US though.

Minor downside: unfortunately (probably due to cost) it is a perfect binding (ie, glued) rather than sewn signatures, so it won't lie flat.
