Is Jamie Goode disorderly?

Jamie is in fact registered on Wine Disorder and I’m sure his contributions would be welcome here, as they were on WLDG (and Wine Therapy? I don’t recall.) back in the day.

Yeah, that's why I had to ask. I think, long ago, he was disorderly, then he liked junkets paid for by other people and drifted away, then the nonsense quoted above, so who the hell knows.

We actually had a jeeb for Jamie at Minetta Tavern in '99. Rioja offline, where Plotnicki made everyone open their wines right away so he could try them and then he left because he didn't want to eat there. I actually think this was Chris and Lisa's first jeeb with the group.

Really? I know Chris has essays from 1999 but I can't find one on Compleat that mentions Jamie. Maybe he missed his first.

Yes, he didn't write it up. I didn't either, but I recently saw my still untyped notes from it.

And yet they stuck around. The rest of you must have been really charming that evening.

At least compared to Plotnicki.
