I liked the Gaunoux better.

Near as I can tell, he holds wine back & releases late, similar to Ampeau. I haven't tried any of the higher appelations, but I own a few. Based on this, I'm optimistic.

I got mine from Rare Wine. They don't have anymore listed in their inventory, & I don't see anything on Wine Searcher. Sometimes, w/ Rare Wine Co. if you call them they will know if they are going to have more available or not.....

I love the exotic spiciness of the nose on this wine. It helped make me a believer in Cru Beaujolais. Has anybody tried the Pi Cuvée or Cuvée 3.14 or whatever it is?
