I had a decent enough meal at Le Pichet. Fabulous company, though.

And great list, my last time a while ago.

Inn at the Market was good, and a short crawl through the gutter home from Pichet or Campagne.

I went to a place called Tilth when I went out there. Pretty interesting and diverse menu based around their organic certification. Mostly american nouveau- style cooking meaning very fancy dishes fit to serve one or two(they have full and half dishes,) all of which are of the local northwestern style food with some flair. Good stuff can get expensive. Great cheese plate. The wine list is decent again, lots of organically certified wines and the Somm is actually from NY-Suffolk County to be exact. There was a shop that had both a huge beer selection and next store one of the favorite local shops-decent selection, nothing crazy for a NYer. All of this was is in the Wallingford section of Seattle, decent section for pubs.

Go to Pikes at some point, they've got a great cheese/wine shop on one of the corners and the place is bustling with local commerce. There is a place called Matt's on the opposite side of the street on the top floor-nice views of Elliot Bay, this place had some great food and some interesting local beers and French wines.

Both of these places have websites, check em out.
