I will Randomly Pick Tuesday. Are any of us bringing friends/spouses/significant others/etc.? (I'm not.) We seem to have 4.5 disorderlies at this point so my guess is a reservation for 8 is probably safe.

I'll call for a reservation in a few weeks. Any themes on wine, or do we want to pull and play :-)

I'm open to themes but don't have any in mind. As a newbie, I will commit the minor faux pas of asking: is there a protocol other than showing up with a nice bottle or two? Field observations of these threads suggest that we're not supposed to actually tip our hands about which bottles we might be bringing.

We should probably also set a time. Maybe 6:30?

Los Altos is the next town south from Palo Alto (although parts of Mountain View can be between them, city borders are a funny thing).

7:30 works great. Count me a +1. The table will hold 8 people, so are we at 8 people now?

I count 7, but VLM is a maybe and we may get a last-minute joiner, so a reservation for 8 sounds good. Thank you!

I'm out. I learned this morning I get to visit lovely Carlsbad for several weeks to do some work training. Should I give them a call, or maybe someone can take our spots?

Remove the +1 for me. Without Cory and his wife we are at 4 and possibly 5. We can add 3 or 4 people or keep it small with 4 or 5.

Plans solidified. I'll actually be in NYC for Levi's Orange Wines. No SF swing this time.

I wouldn't mind meeting folks but with too small a group there aren't usually enough wines to try. I'm cool either way, it's a busy trip and there will be others. Let's see what Cory has to say and make a decision from there.
