On returning home from my Southern adventure last week, I was reacquainted with the bottles in my home wine fridge slotted for this overdue event.

And we don't want too many people at it, anyway, because I want a good pour.

Well, there was interest in a Round 2. Let a little time pass and then we'll try again. Is you sched workable in late Jan or Feb?
