Pandemic decorating

For years I collected wine labels from bottles I enjoyed and pasted them into 5x8 sketch books, adding tasting notes around the labels. I rarely looked back on these books, but I'm not ready to part with them. Sometime during the last two years, I started putting the labels on the back of our coat closet door. Now I see the labels every day, and I think about the wines that I drank and who I enjoyed them with. This suits me. The three photos below show the top, bottom and entire closet door.

I fill the bottles with boiling water and then peel off the labels. This works about 90% of the time.

I seriously thought about it, but I didn't think it would play well in the parking lot of the middle school where I teach...
