Brundlmayer GV question

I'm assuming if I can buy some Brundlmayer GV '13 Kamp Terraces for cheap, I should?

I'm clueless about GV.

You likely mean Kamptaler Terrassen. If the storage has been pristine, try one. If not (or if no one knows), I‘d pass. I’d get the current vintage. Likely under $20 in any case.

It's their not-quite-entry-level bottling (and the '13 was quite good). GV ages pretty glacially and that wine is under screwcap, IIRC, which both bode well for it being a really fun wine to drink now. I think Mark is right re: storage, though—I wouldn't be very confident that someone had stored that particular wine well for this long (it's not something a lot of people would intentionally cellar) but if you think that it's not cooked, etc. I'd at least grab one to try.
