DTC/web sales systems inquiry

We find ourselves in need of a step up in our web system for DTC sales and sales to retailers and distributors. Does anybody here have any recommendations for a vendor that handles such things well? Ideally, we are looking for a single platform that can manage inventory and pricing via a web interface with different skins for multiple different customer types. I am sure that getting to where we need to be will require some modest customization, and we're seeking a resource that can handle that kind of thing with flexibility and aplomb.

The recommendations I got from disorderlies on a bottling line have proven wise and sound (brilliant, even), so I am posing a new question. Even if all you can do it point me to someone who might have some good advice, I'd be much obliged.

I might be able to help. What is your position/licensing in the 3 tier system (producer, importer, etc.), where are you located, where are your customers, what's the trade/consumer split? You can DM me if you prefer.
Happy almost New Year!

Thanks, Christian.

We're a producer, and the lion's share of our revenue comes in via DtC through our website. We do a decent business self-distributing to shops in southeast Michigan, and have a few distributors in other states. Lastly, we are into a dozen or so countries in Europe through an import/export broker who specializes in craft beers and mead.

I'll DM you with some of the challenges we have been facing with or current platform.

Wow, good for you in getting some exports, so many small producers give up on this route. I'll respond to your email.
