dunno, last time I tasted at ponsot from barrel ( the 11 vintage ), valrhona chocolate seemed like a sensible pairing

Pavel, yes on the white chocolate. I almost added that the Ponsot was so fine it could be drunk with anything; however, in this case, the peppermint in this souffle negated that thought...

The purpose of this thread may have merit. Unfortunately, it buries all the good info on specific wines by just being a picture of a menu. Wine searches will be problematic if not fruitless. Maybe you should ask teh politburo to cancel it.
