Well, if we're starting to do that, Arroz con Pato is rice with duck, so the top line is rice with duck, duck legs. And the next line repeats rice, but not duck. I'm not sure why this is the only menu entry in Spanish, but it would probably have been better to stay in English.

Googling...

Specifically, cilantro is the name for the the Coriandrum sativum plant's leaves and stem. It is a hardy annual herb and a member of the parsley family, related to other lacy-leaved plants such as fennel, dill, chervil, and carrots.

Cilantro is used in various things like Mexican food, Indian food, etc., etc. either in its cooked or raw state. We often use cilantro in our own food preparation.

As best I remember...

Marichal Tannat Grand Reserve A Etchevarria Canelones '15 -- Dark red, complex bouquet with various deep/dark fruits, moderately full on palate, solid texture, still resilient tannins, good staying power in glass, no hurry to drinking this up, might have shown better if served before the voluptuous Malbec. [VG - E]

The purpose of this thread may have merit. Unfortunately, it buries all the good info on specific wines by just being a picture of a menu. Wine searches will be problematic if not fruitless. Maybe you should ask teh politburo to cancel it.
