Speaking as a techie, two things to note:

1. It may or may not be the case that Steve's email is hacked. It is also plausible that someone who had Steve in their address-book has been hacked.

2. I have read the headers and the email *appears* like a normal email from ComCast. I saw no phishing links, etc.

Just delete it.
