Bay Area Jeebus

Looks like we're set for six on June 14 (Brad, Larry, Mark, Steve, Yule, and me). I'll work with the restaurant and follow up with more info here. If you'd like to be added to the waitlist, please post here. (There's also a chance I could convince the restaurant to allow us to be eight.)

Thanks all

Hi Jim et al., I'd like to join the jeebus if possible so please add me to the waitlist.

Steve, best wishes!

I'll actually be in the Bay area the week of June 13th and would be free to jeeb Monday or Tuesday, the 13th, 14th.

Where are you staying (city/area, that is East Bay, etc)? Are there plans for other jeebs? Would like to see you if this one doesn't pan out.

Not sure yet. Those first few days I'll be birding anywhere from the Hayward Regional Shoreline, to Land's End in SF and perhaps even up to Pt. Reyes and Bodega Bay. Maybe pick an area and I can be there? I'm still figuring out lodging.

Hey Brad, are you a birder?

Yep, though maybe more bird photographer.

Cool...don't know if NYC has a lot of Black Crowned Night Herons, but I was somewhat amazed to learn they are all over the place in Oakland (we saw a ton of them at the Oakland Museum which has garden pools).

Jim,
I would wish the time is as early as possible as I have an hour journey back to home
mucho thanks, Mark

Will this be the first Blue Plate Jeebus?

I'm not sure what folks consider early. First seating is 5:30, but they'll want to turn the table then around 7:30. If we sit at 7:00, we can stay until 9:30 or so. I'm fine either way.

i am fine with either but gladly will go for the early bird special. Brad, would this early time count in your bird sighting numbers for the day?

Either time is fine. Dealing with commute traffic would be easier with the later start, but now that I’m retired, I have to drive in real traffic only once in a while.
