BTW, I've come around on Diams

I know I previously trashed them, but I am finding the lack of corkiness to be gratifying, and they seem to do fine with short term aging. I don't think I'd still want them on anything long term, more because I don't want to be someone's experiment than anything else.

drinking punta crena back to 2015 under diam, they are great

in a major double blind vaccine test for a covid vaccine, 53% of those that received the placebo reported vaccine symptoms, which just goes to show how susceptible the human being is to the placebo effect. i suspect that diam corks suffer in much the same manner.
 
I was surprised to see a Diam 10 stopping the Fourchaume recently mentioned. I didn't even realize they had one for that length.

There are Diam 30s on the market.
 
I am now an anecdotal believer. 2007s are the oldest in my cellar AFAIK. Brilliant Fevre Vaulorent a few months ago, aging better and slower than the Fevre GCs of that era under cork.
