375 of Yquem enough?

At the end of a multi-course fine wine dinner with Chartreuse to be served as the finale, is a 375 of Yquem served beforehand with dessert to 8 wine enthusiasts enough so as to NOT look miserly?

I did a 375 for 6 once and it was the right amount after 3 or so bottles with dinner. I think 8 is pushing it though.

By my calculations, each person would get less than a 2 Oz pour. I’m not much of a dessert wine drinker, but that sounds skimpy even to me.
