Mark, yes, I anticipated comments on the make-up of the menu. I had nothing to do with its preparation.

It was easy to overlook shortcomings of the menu composition given the fineness of the event itself.

Good one, then "O'toro" must be a fatty Irishman.

But ya gotta admit that "O'toro truffle avocado forbidden black rice soy paper" is an intriguing kind of artisanal paper. Can one write on it, or is that the forbidden part?
