We had a very nice first time meal at Elmer on Friday. Great ingredients in straightforward preparations. Seasonal vegetables are used well throughout (morels and asparagus made several appearances), but one should also want to eat fish or meat (many main dishes to share, we had a grilled St. Pierre and a large piece of pork loin, both excellent). Fun wine list with the Paris-typical natural bent (in a good way) and a very enthusiastic sommelier who clearly tries to find a great match for the guest.
Otherwise we had luck with a table at Septime for the first time and revisited Clamato and Arnaud Nicolas (amazing tourte with chicken, pork, and spinach), all extremely satisfying.
