2nd posting. Something happened with the first thread and posting.

Rotem & Mounir Saouma Cotes du Rhone Inopia Blanc '19 -- Golden yellow, poignant bouquet, melange of fruits, good power on palate, garrigue, Burgundian nuances, nice richness, some oak, excellent value. [A-]

Worked well with omelet with corned beef/sauteed onions/Swiss cheese/Worcestershire sauce along with guacamole (and plantains).
