Being curious, I got "To The Brim" by Kermit Lynch's band. It features, in KL's words, "an unusual variety of musical genres from Tin Pan Alley to Broadway, Lou Reed to Hank Williams". He says their "primary purpose here is not to be music to your ears, but to inspire thirst".

Not sure it succeeds in its stated purpose, but KL's album is pleasant background listening while enjoying wine.

You've got me thinking about that 1970's lightly-decaffeinated coffee commercial now: "fill it to the rim...with Brim"
 
KL filled his CD full up so for his CD title KL credited a line from one of Jerry Lee Lewis's many drinking songs --

There stands the glass,
Fill 'er up to the brim.

I associate that song with Webb Pierce, who had a big hit with it. Turns out that Pierce was not the first to record it; a quick check of the web indicates that Blaine Smith recorded it first a year before Pierce's version. Who knew?
