XP: Photo upload error

I have a jpeg photo that is handled in multiple places elsewhere just fine, but when trying to upload here this error message occurs. Saving the same photo with another name results in the same problem.

"Errors:

No original file specified for moving"

Other photos in the same batch will upload here just fine.

Any ideas what could be going on with this one photo?

Update: I skipped the editing process and the photo uploaded fine. The editing process is the same procedure that had always worked before.
