Tom, our hosts had good expertise and discernment so they probably tested all of the wines before they were served to ensure their integrity. Thus, the answer on premox is a resounding "No", they were all right on.
My preferred wines were Maison Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Hospices de Beaune Cuvee Dames de Flandres Batard Montrachet Grand Cru '17, Domaine Leflaive Les Pucelles Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru '15, and Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard Meursault La Romanee 1er Cru '13 en Magnum in that order. The Domaine Francois Raveneau Chablis 1er Cru '17 was notably fine.
Part of the discussion on the Chablis were 2 comments...
1) It's not who you're doing, it must be Droin; and
2) It's not who you know, it is Raveneau.
Somewhat surprisingly fine were Maison Louis Jadot Chassagne-Montrachet La Romanee 1er Cru '13 and Domaine Jean Chartron Clos de La Pucelle Monopole Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru '15.
