Update: 2010 Petillant is off the charts right now. Perfect sweet spot as it combines the freshness of youth with the focus and aromatics (biscuit, lemon, white chocolate , nougat, and white flowers), and mouthfeel of time in the bottle. Not surprising when I remind myself this blew away everything but Cristal and Comtes at a 30 plus bottle Champagne tasting at Crush on release in 2015.
