Paul Jaboulet Aine Hermitage La Chapelle '82 -- Slight browning at the edges, vibrant complex bouquet, full breadth of flavors, dark and red fruits, some wood (cedar?), luscious long finish, probably past its prime but a fortuitous find. [E+]
Worked nicely with flat iron steak, green salad, and sweet potato fries...then oatmeal cookie.
