Don, what did you think of the 2015 ? not exactly dry although could technically fit into brut

I just read a '69 Perlant TN by Jancis Robinson. She says Huet only started producing a brut in 1985, so maybe off-dry sparklers used to be more common then than now (if they exist at all now.)

My impression is that the 50s & 60s were the heyday of off-dry or semi-sweet Cab d'Anjou, and demi-sec Vouvray was far more common than sec at that time, so that would fit in.
