That'd be Montee de Tonnerre, for those whose Chablis education is deficient.
I meant to have all my 97 Chablis gone by now. It seems I'm a bit behind the curve. I have one or two more of these, and a few random Dauvissats. The wine has gone very far chablis-cheesy, and is a decent match with marconas and this mild stinky cheese (I wanna say St Romain, but that's gotta be burgundy talk). This wine could be overwhelmed really easily, you think when you put this wine in your mouth --- but there's a final bit of acidity and mineral on the finish that is a real saving grace.
Still, drink the fuck up.
