Non-Alcoholic "Liqueurs"

this is what I've come up with as a non-alcoholic Irish cream:
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tbs chocolate syrup
1 Tsp espresso powder
1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Tsp Still Spirits Irish Whiskey Flavoring
Just mix them all up and serve. Makes 1/2 cup, which is plenty for a few liqueur glasses.

The one exotic ingredient is is the whiskey flavoring. Still Spirits is a company that makes supplies for home distillers. I bought the 1.7 oz bottle of flavoring on Amazon.

I tested it with alcoholic Irish cream in one glass and my concoction in the other. I think it comes pretty close.

Sounds like a pleasant dessert. I occasionally make a non (or more likely extremely low) alcohol red Vermut out of mainly pomegranate juice, blended with red wine simmered with herbs, citrus and spices, plus a few splashes of bitters. Quite nice IMHO on ice with a slice of orange, sometimes some sparkling water.
