Tom, yes indeed. It was a beautiful Quintessence de Corton Charlemagne that was strutting its Grand Cru colors nicely alongside the intriguing cod preparation...

Bill, good call.

The Pattes Loop Beauregard was impressive -- uplifting with fine tension and depth, abundant fruits, really wonderful now and seemingly well endowed for future evolving. It worked excellently with the rather complex pate course.
