I will be in Tokyo for the last two weeks of this month. It will be my first visit. Should anyone have a recommendation regarding restaurants or bars, I would be grateful if it were shared.

Ryugin for sure.

Of the French outposts, I prefer Gagnaire to either of Robuchon's places.

Kandaiyama is well worth a walk around, especially in spring.

Tsukiji is open to tourists again.

One of the best times to eat in Japan - when the iwashi and sayori are still fat.
