I usually think of the Fume Blanc as the signature wine.

Traditionally, it has been so, but in recent years their "Century Vines" Zinfandel has also garnered some attention. In my experience, it's a foursquare, straightforward example of the grape. Haven't had the Fum Blanc in years, so no comment.
